Teo Cheng Hua qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in England & Wales in 1974 after being articled in a three partnership firm in London for some 5 years before returning to Malaysia in the same year.
Upon his return, he joined Coopers & Lybrand in Singapore as an audit senior for one year. Thereafter, he joined Goonting & Chew in Malaysia after the latter split up with Coopers & Lybrand (Malaysia). He was attached to Goonting & Chew as their Manager in Malacca, Kuala Lumpur and Penang on 1 year stint each for practice growth and development before leaving the firm to return to Johor Bahru to start his own firm in 1978 until the present.
