| Managing overall operations of the Magna Prima Group, responsibilities include:- |
| Manage the daily operation of MPB to maximize efficiency and the quality of work to provide a consistently high level of performance from all departments.
Ensure that the projects are on track in line with the proposed actions with the support of the senior management team members to ensure targets are met.
Maintain communication with the CEO and Board of Directors on the conditions and operations of MPB and of all important factors influencing them.
Review into the overall tax structure and proper tax planning for the group.
Assist in the preparation and implementation of the budget for MPB that is consistent with the overall strategic plan.
Attend Board meetings and report on assigned areas of responsibility as requested by the CEO.
Assist CEO in developing new business opportunities to enhance group performance via new projects or complimentary industry.

Strategic review for large corporate organizations in relations to restructuring exercises.
Involved in merger and acquisition exercises for Main Board and Second Board companies.
